Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Canada and USA.
What is the shipping rate for Canada and US?
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $99!
Otherwise, we charge a flat fee of 12$ for Canadian orders and 15$ for US orders. Local free pick up is also available in Montreal, Canada.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please include a residential (civic) address when ordering.
Do you offer local pick-up in Montreal?
Yes we do! We offer FREE local pick-up in Montreal, QC. Please select “Local Pick-Up” at checkout to avoid shipping fees. You must place your order online first and wait for your confirmation email before picking up your order.
The pick-up location is in LaSalle, QC, Canada (near Angrignon metro).
Do you offer samples?
We currently offer a free tealight sample of your choice for every purchase! Please let us know your scent preference at checkout.
We are currently working on a discovery kit that will soon be available..so stay tuned :)
Do you do wholesale or custom orders?
Yup we do! We do wholesale orders for retailers and custom orders for events. Shoot us an email at askjomo.co@gmail.com with more details.
Do you offer return or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if your candle(s) arrive damaged during transit, contact us by sending an email to askjomo.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a pictures of damages. We will exchange or refund your product once we receive the proof of damage.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Please note that we do not adjust prices for items whose original prices may have been reduced or part of sales discount.
